Issues when mounting a drive

If you click the Mount this drive button in the web interface and it doesn’t work as expected, you might have an issue with the OneDrive app on your computer, or VisualDrive Server may be incorrectly configured.

Check if the OneDrive app is installed

If the pop-up appears saying “We’re syncing this drive to your computer”, but nothing else happens, it may indicate that the OneDrive app isn’t installed.

To confirm if the OneDrive app is installed, search for “OneDrive” in the Start menu on your computer. If the app isn’t listed, you may need to download and install it.

If these steps don’t resolve the problem, you should contact your administrator for further assistance.
