Issues when mounting a drive
This article covers the requirements for Mount this drive command to function correctly and provides resolutions for common issues.
Requirements
The following requirements must be met for users to be able to use the Mount this drive command:
- The OneDrive app must be installed and available on the user’s computer. It is recommended to have the latest version.
- The computer must be joined to the same Active Directory environment as VisualDrive Server.
- The user must be signed in to Windows with their domain user account.
- Active Directory must contain a correctly configured Server Advertisement GPO that includes the user’s computer within its scope.
- If the Server Advertisement GPO was recently created or updated, the user’s computer must have received the latest group policy update.
